Mr. P. Satish Chandra Mouli aged 58 years is a Post Graduate in Commerce and graduate in Law and a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi (ICSI). He joined the company on 14th February 2009 as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Finance Manager. He has got over 30 years of experience in capital market and Company law matters. He worked in Hyderabad Stock Exchange as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and as Chief Executive Officer for its wholly owned subsidiary company at Hyderabad (appointed through SEBI). After leaving HSE in March 2006, he joined with M/s. Arobindo Pharma Ltd., ( A Group Company) as Company secretary & GM ( Legal Compliances). On request by Kaveri Seeds Company Ltd., he joined with them as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and handled their IPO Successfully. He left this company in February 2008 for better prospects. His current compensation is around Rs. 7.68 Lacs P.A.
Mr. P. Venkatapathi Raju aged 65 years, is General Manager – (Production) of our unit - III, Visakhapatnam. He joined our Company on June 19, 2008. He did his Engineering in both Mechanical and Chemical Engineering subjects. He has over 40 years of experience in various fields i.e. manufacturing of fertilizers, cement, medium density fibre board and various chemicals. He has expertise in debottlenecking, improving efficiencies in process plant operations and execution of new projects. He previously worked with companies such as Coromandal Fertilizers Limited, India Cements Limited, Mangalam Timber Products and Alufluoride Limited. His current compensation is around Rs.6.6 Lacs P. A.
Mr. K.N. Prasad aged 51 years, is General Manager - production. He has done his B.Tech (Electrical) from IASE University, Rajsathan and Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Proddatur. He had over 23 years of experience in the field of Production Management. He has worked as Electrical Supervisor in IDPL and as supervisor in Sri Engineering Works. He has been with our Company for the last 18 years. His current compensation is around Rs.7.2 Lacs P. A.
Mr. P. Sankara Rao aged 50 years, is Deputy General Manager-Finance. He is responsible for the accounts and general matters of our Company. He is a Commerce graduate and has been with our Company for the last 15 years. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining us he has worked with M/s. Miniature Motor Co. His current compensation is around Rs.7.2 Lacs P. A.
Mr. T. Rosaiah aged 37 years, is Senior Manager, Research & Development department. He helds M.Sc (Chemistry) digree by qualification. He has been with our Company for the last 15 years and looks into the development of new products. His current compensation is around Rs.4.2 Lacs P. A.
Dr. M.A Muneem aged 58 years, is Senior Manager of the Research & Development department of our Company. He holds a Ph.D in Applied Chemistry (Agro Chemical Formulations) and has worked as R & D Manager in Astrachem, Saudi Arabia and also as technical officer in IICT, Hyderabad. He has expertise in the preparation of technical reports required by the R & D Department. His current compensation is around Rs.4.2 Lacs P. A.
